BikeWalkNC is currently accepting applications for the position of Community Outreach Coordinator. This is a Full-time contract position with the ability to work remote anywhere in North Carolina.
Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Coordinator include: generating and sharing content that builds meaningful connections with the community; building and sustaining relationships and partner organizations statewide; planning and executing programming related to the NC BikeWalk Transportation Summit as well as the NC Friendly Driver Program.
Ideal candidates for the position will have experience and education in: technical knowledge and skills relating to active transportation and advocacy; excellent communication skills; social media content creation; stakeholder and public outreach; a bachelor’s, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of skills.
