Join us for an evening of cycling law, real-world cases, and local advocacy.
What are your rights when you’re riding a bike? What does North Carolina law actually say, and what should you do if you’re involved in a crash?

Join Oaks & Spokes, BikeWalk NC, and Bike Law NC for Know Your Rights as a Cyclist, featuring attorney Ann Groninger of Bike Law NC. Through real cases, examples, and stories, Ann will break down the laws that affect people who ride bikes, explain what to do after a crash, and share lessons we can take from past cases.
Whether you ride every day or just want to better understand your rights on the road, this is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with others working toward safer streets.
Registration is $25, with proceeds supporting the state and local advocacy efforts of Oaks & Spokes and BikeWalk NC. Your participation helps fund the education, outreach, and advocacy needed to make biking and walking safer across Raleigh and North Carolina.
